Prepare the pay bill independently and carry it through Create travel cost accounting and edit commercial chords Monitor and maintain the time recording system Coordinate certification and reporting with authorities and health insurance Advise employees on labour, wage and social insurance issues

Completed commercial training, ideally a training for tax specialists or further training for payroll holders Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting Experience with HS Hamburger Software and/or DATEV desirable Good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Self-employed, discreet and structured working methods and pronounced numerical affinity
