In our growing team in the region, you can perform channel construction projects and control them to completion (power phases 6 to 9 of the HOAI). This includes the following tasks: You cooperate in the execution planning according to the performance phase 5 HOAI and are in regular exchange with the specialist planners (w/m/d) You create performance directories, determine costs and work in creating award documents according to VOB and the award decision The construction monitoring and supervision of construction, including the cost, timing and quality monitoring, are your tasks as well as the monitoring of scales and the monitoring of scales You carry out acceptances, accompany commissioning and are responsible for the monitoring of the warranty and remedy of defects in cooperation with the company

You bring a completed study in civil engineering, ideally in the field of urban water management or civil engineering, or a comparable study with You have professional experience in the realization of construction projects in public space, ideally in canal or road construction, according to the performance phases 6 to 8 of HOAI or are willing to build them in a development period Alternatively, you are a state-tested technician (w/m/d) or master (w/m/d) in civil engineering or in a comparable field and have several years of professional experience in the realization of channel construction projects corresponding to the performance phases 6 to 8 of the HOAI You know the relevant legal requirements for construction sites (construction, procurement, environmental and planning law as well as in occupational safety) and are safe in handling AVA software (e.g. Nevaris, Arriba) You are characterized by safe occurrence, enforcement capacity and a systematic-analytical procedure You have communication skills, are conflictable and ready to make decisions Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 You are owned by the rating class B
