Operation, installation and monitoring of CNC machines (e.g. turning, milling or machining centers focusing on turning) Operation, monitoring and handling of robot systems for loading and unloading CNC machines Programming and adaptation of CNC programs according to drawing Production of precision parts according to technical drawings and work plans selection and setup of suitable tools and adaptation of machining parameters Processing of various materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, alloys and plastics Conducting quality controls with common measuring instruments Documentation of manufacturing processes and test results Maintenance and maintenance of machines and repair of small disturbances Compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards

Completed training in the metal sector, e.g. as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Experience in handling CNC machines and ideally in multi-material processing and/or automated manufacturing environments Safe reading of technical drawings Advantageous knowledge of metals and plastics Quality awareness and precise and independent operation Teamability and reliability Knowledge of CAM programming preferably SolidCAM Knowledge in the Siemens CNC control is advantageous, but no requirement Ready for shift work (if necessary) Basic knowledge of English language desirable
