School Companion (m/w/d) in the Duchy of Lauenburg

We are looking for suitable people to support children and young people in primary and secondary schools in the daily school day. Depending on the individual case, the weekly number to be paid is between 15 and 20 hours, partly also between 20 and 30 hours. This activity is 1:1 references, which are designed according to requirements. Content is primarily concerned with support in the social-emotional field, in social settings, in conflict situations and with attention and concentration difficulties. It can, however, sometimes also be used to accompany pupils with mental and/or physical handicap, who are trained in a regular school. School attendants should have a high degree of patience, empathy, frustration tolerance and flexibility. Furthermore, there should be the ability to enter the relevant students empathically, but to maintain the necessary professional distance. In practice, a certain volume level should be tolerated and the adaptability to the “system school” should be brought as a place of work. Educational training is not a prerequisite for these applications, but of advantage. Experience in dealing with and/or care for children and adolescents is desirable and would be very advantageous for use in school attendance. In particular, pre-experiences in the accompaniment of children with social-emotional support requirements are desirable. The service contracts are limited for a maximum of 14 months. An unlimited takeover is then possible. At the time of publication of this invitation to tender, the provision of the facility-related vaccination obligation is legally valid, so that we can only consider applicants with complete vaccination. Vaccinations must be detected prior to commencement of activity.
