You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the QM team You support your supervisor in the further optimization of the work (process engineer) You work on the further development of the sustainability strategy and implementation of agreed measures You optimize, control and control the quality and standard compliance of all raw materials, feed materials, secondary materials of intermediate and final products You coordinate the analysis and documentation of the results of the production and quality controls and, where appropriate, manage them. Correction measures You are responsible for and optimising certification management You support the departments in implementing your goals and further development You develop process optimization strategies and consider alternative raw materials and other secondary materials You are responsible for increasing resource efficiency You conduct internal audits and accompany external audits The application advice and, if necessary, your varied task area is also included. You have a completed study in the field of chemistry, process engineering or a comparable subject or many years of professional experience in a comparable task based on practical training You are a qualified or certified quality manager (m/w/d) You have at least five years of experience in the plant-intensive heavy industry (cement, lime, building materials, chemistry, paper etc.) or in a plant manufacturer for these industries MS Office knowledge and management of quality database systems You have good analytical skills and sense of unconventional problem solutions You have a distinct leadership and methodological competence with a structured, independent and targeted working method Entrepreneurial thinking and action complete your profile
