This is your area of activity:

• You create reports, statistics and evaluations that serve as the basis for sound decisions.
• From supply creation to tracking to order processing, you ensure a smooth process.
• They serve and advise our national and international customers in the interior, always service- and solution-oriented.
• You agree with various departments and ensure efficient order processing.
• They work closely with the field service to successfully implement projects.
• They maintain existing customer contacts, develop them further and promote long-term partnerships.
• They take care of complaints and customer requests professionally and promptly.

Take this with you:

• You have a completed commercial training, for example as an industrial businessman or industrial businessman, or a similar qualification.
• Professional experience in the sales service or in a similar role is a plus, but not absolutely necessary.
• They speak and write very well German and English and feel safe in an international environment.
• They work routined with MS Office and have ideally already experience with ERP systems.
