Processing of applications (medical products, medical devices and professional regulations) Formal examination of application documents with timely reporting on the audit results against the management including Requirement of missing documents Monitoring of legal deadlines Communication with applicants and authorities (including databases such as CTIS, DMIDS, ethikPool)

Experience in supporting research projects, such as Study Nurse, Clinical/ Monitor/-in or Data Manager/-in Knowledge of legal regulations (AMG/CTR, MPDG/MDR/IVDR, professional regulations for doctors) and specific terminology in clinical trials Very good knowledge of German and English Communication strength, ability to coordinate complex processes, organizational skills and a structured and detailed operation
