Defence Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Responsible handling of national and international procurement processes Monitoring of delivery dates and tracking of order confirmations and open transactions Creation and processing of inquiries, supply comparisons and orders for spare parts and tools correspondence with suppliers as well as close coordination with internal departments such as sales, technology, work preparation and quality assurance Identification of optimization potentials in purchasing and support in the implementation of cost reduction measures

Your profile: Successfully completed commercial training or completed studies First professional experience in purchasing, ideally in operational purchasing or spare parts management Good knowledge of SAP and the current MS Office applications Embossed communication skills, organisational skills and an independent, structured way of working German language skills in word and writing
