Your tasks:

Your responsibilities Operative responsibility for the time-, quality- and quantity-oriented processing of vehicle production processes including Organisation and control of operational production processes Quality and disciplinary guidance of a production sub-region of special vehicle construction with the focus on the assembly of vehicle remodeling volumes, construction mechanics and final control (leading range about 25 employees) Sic production of all operational personnel management topics with the aim of continuous promotion, further development and motivation of the associated employees Planning of the necessary capacities, resources and resources and control of capacity utilisation Continuing integrated coordination with the areas of vehicle development and production planning and other relevant business areas Planning and organization of vehicle removals and transfers to the customer Monitoring and documentation of process quantities using reporting tools as well as capture and tracking of KPI Support for investment planning and procurement and annual budget planning Recognise, initiate and maintain measures to improve productivity, reduce costs, improve quality and process optimization Responsibility for compliance with all provisions and regulations relating to occupational safety, fire protection and environmental protection and other site regulations

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed training for the KFZ master:in, completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, vehicle technology or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in production, ideally in special vehicle construction
• Multiannual practical experience in the area of workshop or assembly management as well as in the team management
• Knowledge of Lean Management and Process Optimization
• Embossed communication and leadership skills as well as a high level of enforcement and enthusiasm
• Embossed entrepreneurial thinking as well as responsible, customer- and result-oriented action
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• German and English language skills
