Collection and settlement of: Plant orders Spare parts orders Assembly orders Maintenance orders Creation of order confirmations Delivery tracking to ensure delivery reliability Creation of supply documents for national and international shipments Invoicing and Aval request Communication with internal departments (including technical service, sales, logistics, purchasing, controlling, tax department, construction, compliance, treasury, financial accounting) Cooperation with external partners such as customs, IHK, Federal Statistical Office, forwarding, courier services, banks

Successfully completed training on/to the industrial businesswoman First experience in order processing or order processing of advantage Structured, reliable and independent operation High customer and service orientation Embossed communication and team skills Secure handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
