Your tasks:

• Individual case management for employees in the company Reintegration management (BEM)
• designing effective framework conditions and measures to Reintegration
• preparation and documentation of case analyses and Integration plans
• Intermediation and coordination of internal and external consulting services and support offers
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as the Work physicians, social and addictive counselling and the works council
• Cooperation in health promotion projects

Your profile:

• Complete training as a trader in healthcare (m/w/d)
• Professional experience in the above areas
• Advanced application knowledge in MS Office
• Very friendly being and a high customer orientation
• A high level of empathy as well as a trusting and respectful handling of people and a high level of team skills
• A structured way of working and good time management to schedule dates and workflows efficiently coordinate
• A high degree of reliability and always be open to Change
• German language skills and knowledge of English
