In this role you work closely with the management and support key projects and management processes. You actively shape the implementation and continuous optimization of our processes and bring your own ideas to increase efficiency. You actively work with the annual budget planning process – from coordination to structuring to transparent tracking. You prepare well-founded decision-making bases for the management and complex content in analyses, presentations, business cases and action recommendations. You work closely with our global headquarters to ensure smooth communication on reporting, projects and strategic initiatives. You support the planning, control and successful implementation of cross-departmental projects and drive them forward proactively.

You have a degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Economics or a comparable degree course. Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in project management, in a management consultancy or in a similar role, for example through internships, a student job or a trainee program. You have pronounced analytical skills and are sure to deal with numbers. A structured and independent way of working as well as a high degree of reliability characterizes you. You communicate clearly and convincingly with different stakeholders. In dealing with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you are very versed. You can also master German and English in word and writing at a very good level.
