Strategic Theme Management & Consulting:Narrative Design: Development and maintenance of central core messages along the Messaging House. Thought Leadership: deriving positions from studies (e.g. cybersecurity, cloud, AI) as well as creating basic documents and executive narratives for management. Strategic advice: Acting as a Trusted Advisor for departments and management in the strategic classification of ad hoc topics and trends.

Assessment, Priority & Governance:Strategic Gatekeeping: Scoring and evaluation of submitted topics with respect to their relevance to the corporate strategy. Decision competence: Pronouncement of action recommendations and exercise of a narrative vetos in inconsistencies with brand identity. Guideline Management: Definition of newsroom governance and ensuring consistent messaging logic across all brands and channels.

Interface Management & Sparring:Consultant-Sparring: Close coordination with the topic consultant; You deliver the strategic depth while the consultant controls the process. Briefing Expertise: Critical Challenges and Sharps of Theme Briefings to Ensure Content Quality and Strategic Matching. Final instance: Implementation of the strategic final assessment after roundtable recommendations and decision on the need for basic documents.

Background: Multiannual experience in strategy development, corporate communications or management consultation. Transfer capacity: The ability to translate complex technological facts into concise strategic narratives. Consultancy competence: Sovereigns appearance in management-related discussions and experience in strategically leading stakeholders. Methodology: Safe handling of analysis tools, scoring models and frameworks on topic evaluation. Mindset: A structured, analytical way of working with the courage to question topics critically and to say ''No'' if the strategic relevance is missing. Communication: Excellent knowledge of German and English as well as the ability to provide complex content across all hierarchical levels according to target groups.
