You take over the advice of all legal matters arising, in particular in real estate law or Building and architectural law and procurement law, but also in administrative law or energy law You take over the contract, in particular the advice of the awards and contracts, with you participating in the design of innovative procurement strategies and contract models You take over the legal advice of the BLB NRW, focusing on the Dortmund branch, which will be your place of service They cooperate with the conclusion of contracts and take over the extrajudicial and judicial representation of the BLB NRW You control the use of external legal advisers/inside and process representatives

You have a successfully completed degree in law (1st and 2nd legal state exams) and subsequently a two-year professional experience in real estate law or Construction and Architectural Law and/or Contract Law (ideally confirmed by the visit of specialist courses).
