For our Industrial division at Ebersbach we are looking for

Working (w/m/d) Reception – Minijob (Fridays) with the following tasks

• Professional reception: With your friendly way you receive our visitors and are the first respondent for concerns and questions.
• Room management: You are responsible for hosting, ordering and organizing our five meeting rooms. In addition, you take responsibility for the general order and care at the location regarding, among others, the coffee machine and kitchen.
• Postal processing: You process the input and output mail and forward it to the corresponding areas. Answering emails and calls is also your responsibility.
• Car park management: You take over the administration and aministration of our pool vehicles at the location.

Your profile

• You have a completed training in a commercial or service-oriented area and ideally already experience in the reception area.
• You place value on a professional and friendly appearance.
• You are flexible, eager and open to various tasks. It's easy for you to tighten yourself and keep a cool head.
• Also daily routine tasks work out conscientiously.
• Safe handling of MS Office applications is natural for you.
• You have very good German and good English skills.
