HR Payroll Specialist (part-time) (m/f/d)

THE OWNER: Design instead of managing only: you actively participate in the introduction of our new Hr and Payroll system (Personio) and bring your ideas and experiences into process design. Numbers under control: You take over the collection and settlement of all data relevant to pay for approx. 300 employees – from wages to salaries to special payments – reliable and timely. Reliable contact person:in: Whether employees or managers – you are competent and solution-oriented for all questions regarding the billing of charges. Efficient & meticulously: You create certificates and reports for authorities and process internal and external enquiries with high accuracy and service orientation. Everything in mind: The care and management of direct insurance, pension funds, service car contracts and payments is part of your responsibility as well as its ongoing updating. Technically versed: You evaluate tax and social insurance issues securely and introduce your know-how into the ongoing optimization of billing processes. Reliable in the test environment: You are responsible for audits by social security institutions and financial authorities and ensure smooth handling. Versatile and varied: You support administrative staffing and maintenance of the GFOS time management program

THE BRINGS WITH: Funded know-how: You bring a completed commercial training and ideally have an additional qualification in the area of wage and salary accounting. Experience that counts: You bring several years of practical experience in pay billing and know the processes and requirements of everyday work. Legally safe on the move: Your well-founded knowledge in the right to pay tax and social security enables a reliable and legally secure settlement of all billing topics. Technically versed: Ideally you have already worked with Personio (HR & Payroll) as well as GFOS and move safely in digital HR systems. Routine in Office applications: The professional handling of MS Office – especially with Excel – is natural for you. Professional & discreet: your structured and precise operation as well as your high service orientation are just as discreet in handling sensitive data. Reliable & trustworthy: Your profile is rounded off by a perfect leviary (policy certificate).
