Your Impact: Implementation meets Responsibility In your role as an implementation expert, you are the driver of successful implementations – from idea to stable operation.

Hands-on Implementation: You take responsibility in implementation projects and bring your self-designed processes directly to the surface – pragmatic, solution-oriented and close to the operation. Go-Live Excellence: You make sure that Go-Lives are not only planned but successfully implemented – from setup to testing (lead at UAT) to stable operation. Process reality: You bring your self-designed processes not only on paper, but also on the surface - from the setup of workstations to tools to the go level. System & Enablement: As a WMS Super User, you’re a troubleshooter and enabler at the same time – you’re empowering teams and creating sustainable solutions. Ramp-Up & Stabilization: You quickly recognize where it is in operation, stabilizes processes and ensures performance from the start. Quality & Sustainability: You do not leave open construction sites, but performant, stable and scalable solutions.

Your profile: Expertise with implementation strength We are looking for someone who not only understands logistics, but leads to running. Experience: You bring multi-year experience in Warehouse operations and implementation projects Operations Know-how: You have a deep understanding of operational logistics processes and the safe handling of WMS systems Mindset: You think solution-oriented, trade pragmatically and address issues with high self-responsibility. Communication: You can take people at all levels – from shopfloor to management. Operation: You are hands-on, resilient and stay focused in challenging project phases. Skills: You recognize problems early and implement targeted measures before You escalate.
