Quality Assurance Intern (m/w/d)

What is your role with us? Vitaflo is currently looking for a full-time trainee quality assurance (m/w/d) and limited to 6 months for our Vitaflo Comidamed site in Rosbach. What is your area of competence? You support our employees:in the quality assurance of goods receipt controls (sampling of raw materials and packaging materials) and internal audits. You perform in-process controls (IPKs) and document the results. You help in sending our samples to external laboratories for analysis purposes and creating the necessary documentation. You also support us in microbiological environmental controls and hygiene controls as well as pending projects. Every day you work closely with our teams in the fields of production, warehouse, SCM, technology and customer service and various other stakeholders.

What are we looking for? You are currently in the Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of nutritional sciences, quality management or a similar field. During your studies, you could already gain first professional experience in food production and quality. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety are advantageous. You are characterized by a thorough and accurate operation with a view for details. You have excellent organizational skills to set priorities at high workloads and good communication skills. Your profile is rounded off by knowledge of Microsoft applications and knowledge of German. Good knowledge of English would be desirable.
