Responsibility for events, celebrations & banquets Planning and organisation of service processes and service plans Welcome, place and say goodbye to the guests Beverage orders & commodities Wine advice & Sommelier knowledge of advantage Training and training of service staff & trainees Overview of à la carte, bar & event service Working with the Hotel PMS- & Kassensystem Mews (introductory training)

Organized, committed and friendly Management competency and organizational skills flexible at weekends a completed school education Experience in advanced service or event area Host Passion, Stress Resistance and attention to detail Careful occurrence
