Head (m/w/d) Energy Management and Energetic Projects in full time, at the next possible time WIDI Energie GmbH is part of WIDI's business association. Together with WIDI Gebäudeservice GmbH and WIDI Wirtschaftsdienst Hellersen GmbH we provide comprehensive services for healthcare and social services. With around 650 employees, we reliably ensure services in the fields of energy supply, textile supply, sterile goods processing, building cleaning, logistics and medical technology. Our work helps to reliably support the operation of hospitals and other health facilities. WIDI Energie GmbH is responsible for the energy supply within the company network. We operate heating centers and block heating power plants and thus generate electricity, heat, steam and hot water for healthcare facilities. Through regular maintenance, inspections and a technical standby service, we ensure safe and efficient operation of our energy systems.

Developing strategies and concepts for energy transformation and further development of Hellersen and other customers Analysis and evaluation of energy consumption of energy plants and buildings Development of strategies and implementation of energy purchasing and market analysis and comparison of energy offerings Identification and implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency and development of concepts for optimising energy consumption Coordination of measures to reduce energy consumption and increase energy efficiency. Development and support of an energy management system according to DIN ISO 50001 with the aim of climate neutrality Creation of energy reports and evaluation of energy indicators Development, monitoring and implementation of technical projects focusing on energy in the field of building and plant engineering Advice on investment decisions taking into account energy efficiency and life cycle costs Research of funding possibilities. Processing of energy and energy issues Creating decision templates and presentations for management Cooperation with internal departments and external service providers Professional and organizational management of employees in the heating plant Perspective acquisition of technical management in the company network

Completed degree (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) of the Department of Engineering*in Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering or Comparative Subjects (Energy Industry, Environmental Technology, Industrial Engineering, etc.) Alternatively, a degree as a master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in one of the mentioned areas with multi-year professional experience. Knowledge in project management and in (sustainable and climate-neutral) energy management Knowledge of relevant legal regulations for environmental and energy management knowledge and experience in the application of relevant energy laws and related standards You have a well-founded knowledge of the common computer application programs (MS-Office products) Possible experience in controlling complex planning and implementation processes Experience in maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods and willingness to use Car guide ticket Experience in the leadership of employees Private initiative and independent action is expected Willingness to continue, training and further training Team skills and responsibility
