In your role, you will take care of the operation of orders You regularly check the delivery dates and supplier invoices Your daily tasks include obtaining, checking and comparing offers In your function, you work closely with the internal specialist departments In addition, you support the creation of the monthly forecasts for finished parts Furthermore, monitor stocks and take care of the demand planning for finished equipment and customer rollouts You maintain supplier articles in our database

A successfully completed commercial training (ideally large and foreign trade) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in purchasing, procurement and demand planning Good to very good data analysis skills Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Very good German knowledge at C2 level and very good English knowledge at C1 level Experience in handling ERP systems, preferably Oracle Designed team skills, including in cooperation with internal and external interfaces, both in the national and international environment Quality awareness and customer orientation
