You are working on the implementation of ServiceNow as a central IT service management platform You also take tasks in the field of interface implementation, service modeling, workflow design and automation Last but not least, you support us in modeling data and implementing the hardware and software life cycle

You have an analytical mindset and a quick understanding You draw your attention through an independent, structured and targeted way of working In addition, you convince by a high quality awareness, a pronounced team capacity and a high load capacity You are currently enrolled in a study of computer science or a comparable degree programme Basic knowledge of IT service processes and ITIL as well as ideally first experience in process or service design complete your profile
