You have a completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in the personnel sector (e.g. Basic knowledge of social security and pay tax law as well as payment accounting Experience in handling HR systems and time management systems Safe handling of MS Office Organizational institution Accuracy Service orientation Ownership and acceptance of responsibility Process understanding
