Working in our new team Managed Services & Partner Management You can also participate directly in the COO section and get insights into strategically important projects. This means: You support the program team in the planning, control and coordination, especially in the organizational and administrative areas You are actively working on building tools and processes that make daily work more efficient in the team You’re puggling project plans, maintaining time limits and helping to create status and progress reports You will accompany workshops from A to Z: preparation, execution and follow-up are in your hand You shape process documentation, guidelines and presentations

Current studies in the field of economics, management, etc. You bring a quick understanding, think analytically and structuring complex topics clearly and carefully First experience in project management is an advantage – but no need You are fit in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ideally you have worked with Jira, Confluence or PowerBI You work structured as well as independent and are a team player (m/w/d) You bring very good German and English skills
