Quality Technician APQP (m/w/d)

Do you want to ensure the timely processing of all projects within the prescribed framework according to APQP? Are you happy to correct all quality-related activities at the interface between development/project/series? The role is to be occupied by our client at the Herborn (Hessen) site at the earliest possible time.

Our client is a growth-oriented company of plastics and electrical engineering with automation and tool construction. The company, which operates at three international locations, focuses on the development, design and production of hybrid components (metal and plastic composites) for electromobility and produces hybrid products for consumer goods, medical and industrial customers.

Ensuring timely processing of all projects within the prescribed framework according to APQP

Coordinate all quality activities at the interface between development/project/series

Initial sampling and APQP reporting

Tool support up to standard maturity and approval by the customer

Description of all necessary process units for production

Advising foreign sites with resulting readiness to travel

Supplier Qualification and Supplier Analysis

Development and implementation of quality standards together with QS of the works

Customer correspondence and support of quality-relevant topics in the project

Support in carrying out process audits (internal/external)

A successfully completed technical training for the method mechanic or tool mechanic with a further development to the technician

Professional experience and technical expertise, preferably in the automotive sector

mastery of common quality tools such as FMEA, IshikawaDiagram, 8D Report and initial sampling

Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing

Secure application of MS Office
