· Selection, training, leadership and development of your staff in restaurant, bar and Breakfast service · Ensuring a perfect restaurant experience for our guests · First host, coach and last instance in complaint management · Compliance with quality standards and further development in the sense of continuous Improvement process · Responsibility for achieving sales targets · Responsibility for our wine map and the expansion of our alcohol-free alternatives (alcohol-free wines, drinks and bar card) · Working with the regular redesign of menus and menus · Ensuring and developing ecological sustainability in your department · Ensuring successful cooperation with all departments at the hotel · Manager on Duty in the evening and in the absence of management
