Project Manager for Sustainable Building Construction in a state-of-the-art environment / Lingen (m/f/d)

As an owner-managed construction company based in Emsland, our client has been developing and implementing sustainable large-scale projects in modern modular design for over 25 years. With around 50 employees, several own production sites and an exceptionally strong order situation, the company is now one of the innovative specialists in its industry throughout Germany.

Due to the strong growth and numerous new projects, we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) who wants to actively shape modern public construction projects.

Your role You take over projects from the award of the contract and accompany them until You are handed over to the construction management at the construction site. You coordinate all processes between builders, planning, production and external structures. The special difference:

A large part of the building services are already created in advance within the own production processes. The aim is to efficiently, sustainably and in the highest quality pre-produce as finished modules as possible before You are combined at the construction site. You do not work in classic, long-term construction site structures, but in a modern, highly organized project environment with short decision-making paths and innovative processes.

Project management of demanding timber and module construction projects in public building Management of the projects within the performance phases 2–5 Coordination between contractors, internal production and external partner companies Coordination with specialized structures such as TGA, window construction, interior design or floor laying Date, quality and cost control within your projects Organisation and support of digital project and voting dates

Experience in project management in civil engineering Ideally knowledge within the HOAI performance phases 2–5 Experience in dealing with contracting authorities and/or the VOB Studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or further education on civil engineering Structured and independent operation Communication strength and organizational talent Interest in sustainable and modern construction concepts Joy of team-oriented project work
