For our field of occupational health management we are looking for a location in Munich, from 01.10.2026 Praktikanten (m/w/d) A meaningful task - a safe job. As a carrier of the statutory accident insurance, we take care of the safety and health of millions of people in Bavaria together with the Bavarian State Incident Insurance Fund. Preventing work accidents and occupational diseases is our legal mission and our main concern. Not all accidents can be prevented. We don't leave our insurers alone with the consequences. We support them in rehabilitation with all appropriate means and optimal care.

Organisation of team events Creative and target group-oriented preparation of health topics for employees and member companies Participation in internal and external prevention projects on various topics if applicable. Development of a special topic

You are an immatricated student at the time of internship (m/w/d) of the health and work sciences, pedagogy or the like with a focus on organisational and personnel development (Bachelor or Master) You are curious and experimental, like to inspire others for your topics and ideally have first work experiences (also internships!) in the field of health management, human resources or organizational development Engaged and cooperative work and good project management are among your strengths

Flat-rate monthly compensation of up to EUR 1,000, depending on the agreed weekly hours Exciting insights into prevention work and challenging tasks to gather your own learning experiences High appreciation for your own ideas The maximum duration of the internship is 3 months. The activity should cover between 25 and 30 hours per week
