You analyze customer requirements and alerts and develop integrated solutions and target concepts. You design precise solution scenarios based on the EPG ONE Supply Chain Execution Suite and evaluate technical and operational risks. You support Bid/No-Bid decisions, develop convincing USPs and accompany sales in offering and management presentations. You moderate workshops and discovery sessions and advise customers on strategic decisions. You coordinate the professional contributions of internal product experts and ensure a consistent solution strategy. You work closely with sales, product management and project management to develop optimal customer solutions. You accompany strategic presales projects from the first analysis to the final solution recommendation.

You have completed their studies in logistics, business informatics, computer science or comparable qualifications. You bring several years of experience in the environment of supply chain software, WMS, TMS, WCS or comparable solutions. You have professional experience in Solution Consulting, Presales, Professional Services or a comparable consulting role. You have a sound understanding of logistic processes and complex supply chain processes. You communicate complex technical and technical relationships in a comprehensible and convincing manner – both in terms of specialist areas and at management level. You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and convince by a sovereign appearance. You communicate safely in German and English.
