Financial and accounting Total responsibility for the entire financial accounting and financial controlling of the Sportschule Schöneck gGmbH and the Badische Footballverband e.V. Creation, monitoring and control of budgets, financial reports and deviation analyses in close cooperation with management Ensuring efficient cash flow, liquidity and cash management and monitoring of receivables and debt collection processes Ensuring the legally secure control of the tax spheres (meaning the requirements for non-profit entities) Compliance, System & Process Optimization Control of funding and processing of the proof of use method Monitoring compliance with the cooperation agreement and internal guidelines Advising association bodies and advising management in financial matters Ensuring efficient use of financial and IT systems including compliance with data protection and information security Continuous analysis and optimization of business processes Leadership & team development Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of the accounting team Performance assessments and employee discussions

Qualification & Experience Successfully completed studies in finance, accounting or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in accounting, of which at least 2 years in a comparable management position Safe handling of DATEV and MS Office; Knowledge of d.velop is advantageous Knowledge of sports structures in Baden-Württemberg and experience with funding and project structures are desirable Comprehensive understanding of the tax framework of non-profit organisations Enthusiasm for digital processes, automation and modern financial tools (e.g. AI-based applications) Personality & Working Embossed entrepreneurial thinking, number affinity and strategic vision combined with operational implementation strength Structured, solution-oriented operation and high decision-making pleasure High social competence, enforcement and leadership Flexibility in terms of working hours in the sports field
