Change the world of tomorrow:

• It is your task to install media technology, imaging technology (monitor walls, projectors), conference technology, sounding technology and the associated IT systems (servers, clients, network components) with our customers. Within projects, you take the implementation of these techniques, program the media control and visualize the touchpanel operating fields. In addition, you introduce the customers into the new systems.- As part of existing maintenance contracts, you maintain these systems, wait them, play updates and undisturbed the systems. You plan this work independently and take into account the relevant standards, regulations, quality guidelines and safety regulations. In addition, you are the first contact person for our customers in technical questions, advises them and develop solutions in case of malfunction or in case of new requirements. - In addition, you conduct service talks with customers, give feedback on executed work and contribute to a high customer satisfaction overall.

So you convince us:

• You have completed your training in the field of electrical engineering/information technology. In addition, you have relevant professional experience in media technology, as well as in the IT environment and know you with systems from e.g. AMX, Teracue (IPTV) and Yamaha (Audio) - especially in installation, maintenance & error analysis.- At best, you bring an advanced knowledge in the area of network, network structures, operating systems (Windows client, server) and hardware (server, NAS). - We are also pleased if you have completed certifications, such as Dante Audio Network and AMX.- You have fluent German skills and good English skills.- You have a motor vehicle driving licence valid in Germany and you want a varied activity- You are also willing to participate regularly in the standby service.
