Total responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the entire R&B sector with a special focus on banquet, event and event business Planning, organisation and successful implementation of high-quality events, conferences and exclusive events Ensuring an outstanding guest experience through perfect processes, highest service standards and attention to detail Leadership, motivation and further development of the R&B team Close cooperation with Sales, Convention, Kitchen and Hotel Director to develop and implement unique guest experiences at the highest level Active participation and further development of the R&B offering through new concepts, creative ideas and contemporary gastronomic impulses Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and economic optimization of the area Control of purchasing processes and care and further development of supplier relationships Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of appropriate measures to increase sales and optimize efficiency Ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene and service standards

Found experience in managing complex R&B structures, preferably in a heavily frequented hotel with large banquet, event and conference business Excellent host understanding and passion for the production of special events Experience in the planning and implementation of complex events as well as in the handling of demanding guests and customers Sovereign leadership personality with motivating and value-estimating leadership style Embossed organizational talent, economic understanding and structured working Creativity and a sense of trends and innovative event concepts Good German and very good English skills International experience is beneficial
