performing the entire technical building management in cooperation with the object and construction management, in particular: Coordination and control of own and external operational personnel to support object management in compliance with the occupational safety regulations Monitoring and control of technical building management service providers in accordance with contractual, technical, legal and economic conditions Management of TGA technical building equipment, operation and monitoring of TGA facilities Strategic building management according to the principles of economy and sustainability Creation of performance descriptions/directories for the award of contract and responsible management, supervision and acceptance of commissioned services

Qualification: Completed technical higher education (Diplom- [FH] /Bachelor) in the field of technical building management/energy and building technology, electrical engineering or utility technology or comparable qualification according to the DQR level 6 in the field of technical building management such as Master/Master (w/m/d) Competences: Very good expertise in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) primarily in the plants climate and heating and electrical engineering, as well as in the extensive MSR /GLT technology Good knowledge of the relevant regulations such as DIN /VDE regulations, BG regulations, occupational safety regulations, fire protection regulations and the current legal bases in the field of technical building management Leadership experience in the technical/technical field desired Good knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer- / Address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Good user knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Knowledge of SAP desirable Willingness to carry out partial multi-day service trips and to participate in one or more day training events throughout the federal territory Class B driving licence and the willingness to carry on self-service vehicles readiness for the extended safety review pursuant to § 9 SÜG Special note:
