Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full lifecycle technical support to dealership networks in the German market, covering vehicle fault, repair strategy development, and complex issue resolution, ensuring rapid response and detection first-time repair rate goals.
• Coordinate collaboration between headquarters' technical resources and local teams to drive closed-loop solutions for intricate quality issues, especially in core areas of conventional fuel vehicles such as powertrains, chassis, and electronic control systems.
• Monitor updates to EU and German automotive regulations (e.g., emission, safety standards) to ensure technical compliance, especially regarding synthetic fuel applications.
• Design and implement dealer technical training programs, including on-site guidance and online courses, to elevate maintenance team competency.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to gather market feedback for R&D, facilitating continuous product improvement.
• Address major customer complaints and crisis incidents by providing expert technical explanations and solutions to generate brand reputation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, with 3+ years of technical support experience in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in mainstream diagnostic tools and data analysis software, with CAN bus signal interpretation and fault localization expertise.
• Familiarity with German automotive standards (e.g., DIN norms) and EU emission standards, along with knowledge of synthetic fuel technology applications and compliance.
• Native-level German and fluent English for drafting technical documentation and crossfunctional collaboration.
• Cross-cultural communication sensitivity with the ability to efficiently coordinate between Chinese and German teams.
