Quality Engineer - CAQ / Complaint Management (m/f/d)

As a system partner, we are engaged in the development and production of metal and plastic functional fittings. Whether it's extension guides and frame systems for functionality in the kitchen or electrically height-adjustable tables in the office – we know when it comes to furniture installation systems where comfort makes the difference.

We pursue the objective of growing both nationally and internationally through the use of advanced technologies and qualified personnel. In order to expand our international position, we need dedicated, creative employees in the future! You control the 8D complaint process from the acquisition in SAP to the Cause Analysis by means of Ishikawa and 5-Why in close coordination with the specialist departments. You moderate and document product and process FMEAs in our CAQ system (Babtec) to proactively minimize risks in development and production. You create, maintain and monitor qualification and testing plans in Babtec to ensure compliance with our high quality standards. You plan and coordinate the construction of test samples as well as prototypes to specifically validate new product properties and prepare the series ripening. You identify potential for improvement in our processes and actively pursue the implementation of CS measures to increase efficiency and quality.

You have a technical training with further training to the technician (m/w/d), e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering or manufacturing technology. You bring several years of professional experience in quality technology, ideally from a production environment. In handling SAP and MS Office you are safe; Experience with a CAQ system like Babtec is a welcome plus. As an organizational designer, you work independently as well as solution-oriented and convince by your communication and team skills. For cooperation in the international context, you can safely communicate in German and English.
