You are the first digital contact for our customers in the transfer of vehicles in the customer center – and make sure that You use the full potential of our digital services from the outset. You combine customer experience, technology and service to a convincing first impression. You accompany our customers during vehicle pickup and introduce them to the digital services of their new vehicle You make sure that customers are registered in the customer portal and have activated all relevant services prior to vehicle acceptance You understand the functions and added value of our digital solutions and answer questions You support the optimization of the onboarding process for digital services in the customer center You work closely with sales, customer success and product management You bring your own ideas to constantly improve the digital customer experience
