Digitization Specialist

In this role, you analyze existing processes, guide technical requirements and control the implementation of digital solutions across all interfaces. You coordinate the participating departments and developers:inside, take over the introduction of new systems and make sure that the digital solutions work reliably. Your tasks You analyse existing processes, model them, and derive technical requirements that you translate into concrete digital solutions – including implementation in common software tools such as Power Automate. You are responsible for the technical requirements management for different management levels and disciplines and ensure that technical requirements are precisely translated into software-based implementation steps. You control the entire implementation process as project manager: from the development and evaluation of different solution variants to the preparation of decisions to the coordination of internal and external developers. You plan and manage the implementation phases including the budget and ensure that new or adapted systems work reliably. You take on the introduction and support of the systems and the stakeholder management: You introduce new tools, accompany users:in the application, coordinate professional support with the relevant areas and keeps continuous close exchange with all relevant stakeholders. You keep your expertise up to date, follow developments in relevant topics (e.g. digital process systems, data processing) and introduce new impulses into the further development of our processes and tools.

Your profile You bring a completed university degree or university degree in business informatics or a comparable discipline. You have knowledge of digital process systems and ideally in district heating You have advanced IT skills, especially in data analysis, data processing and programming (e.g. Python). You have practical experience in the analysis, modelling and digitization of processes. You work structured, analytically and can clearly classify complex facts. You communicate safely, you like to work in the team and bring your own initiative, self-employment and enforcement. You trade in solution-oriented and take responsibility for your topics.
