You support coordination and implementation (agiler) projects, take over smaller subprojects and ensure a smooth running across different teams. You participate in the installation and adaptation of products and marketing campaigns in the central shop system. You support product management in first-level support (ticket preanalysis, searches, simple bug checks). You carry out quality assurance measures (e.g. testing of landing pages, forms and shop functions). You’ll start reporting, documentation and short concepts and work closely with marketing, IT, product management and external development teams.
Continuous studies in the field of economic informatics, BWL, media sciences or a comparable degree programme. Interest in marketing, product or e-commerce topics as well as in digital processes and agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM). Technical affinity and desire to incorporate you into new tools and systems (first experiences, for example, with MS Office, HTML/CSS, web or marketing tools are a plus, but not a must). Structured, reliable and analytical work and pleasure in addressing tasks independently and solution-oriented. Communication strength, team spirit and very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as fun in cooperation with various disciplines.
