Operation and hosting of ERP systems (on-premise and cloud) including associated middleware

Design and further development of system architecture to ensure efficiency, wartability, security and performance

Coordination and co-design of technical system requirements in the context of new services or projects in the ERP environment

Interface function from operation with demand management, software development and implementation

Participation in the implementation of ITIL-based processes (incident, change, problem management)

Edit service requests for national and international customers within the group of companies, including ensuring fast and high quality implementation

Coordination and implementation of installations, upgrades and patches

Complete study in the field of computer science or comparable qualification

Experience in support and technical application management

Knowledge of on-premise infrastructures and cloud architectures, preferably in the ERP environment

Experience in coordinating and implementing technical requirements and working with various IT teams

High motivation, self-responsibility and readiness

Impressed communication strength, team capacity and targeted working methods in managing and implementing complex tasks

German and English skills

ITIL knowledge desirable
