You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the newly structured team to eliminate malfunctions with around 18 employees. The organisation of personnel deployment planning and work preparation as well as the coordination and elimination of faults are your responsibility – including the timely implementation according to DVGW and EU-methane Regulation. All operational activities are controlled so that You are carried out safely, professionally and in accordance with applicable regulations and technical standards. A meaningful KPI controller uses you specifically for controlling, transparency and continuous optimization of the processes. Work, health and environmental protection as well as the perception of entrepreneurial obligations are your highest priority. The professional development of the team will help you actively shape, accompany technical training, carry out regular feedback and employee talks and implement individual support measures. In close coordination with company managers, internal departments, customers: inside and service providers, you ensure smooth and efficient processes. Participation in the standby service is also part of your responsibility and completes your task profile.

You have a completed technical degree or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in a relevant technical environment is ideally brought along. The expertise for gas networks according to DVGW G462, G463, G472 and G465 is available or you are ready to acquire this qualification in time. Extensive knowledge of the applicable DVGW regulations as well as the relevant occupational safety regulations are yours. With popular IT applications such as MS Office and Power BI, you can safely change and bring a pronounced digital affinity. You combine decision-making, enforcement, cooperation and negotiation skills with a structured and self-sponsored way of working.
