Sana Kliniken Duisburg GmbH operates two hospitals: On the one hand wedau clinics, on the other hand the Bertha Hospital in Duisburg-Rheinhausen. Extension and ongoing support of the PER-RES service plan system in accordance with internally agreed requirements in all organisational areas and professional groups working according to framework service plans Regular training and support of the users and service plan managers of all organizational areas and professional groups to use the software in the field of service planning / work planning and work time registration including the required statutory, collective and internal labour-time regulations sensitisation of local managers (service plan managers and supervisors) for the responsibility related to the topic of schedule / working hours / work planning, as well as the creation of guidelines for service plan managers Continuous contact person for users on questions of system application, schedule design and work time recording as well as care of all data in case of collective changes, input of new types of wages/hour bills in compliance with tariff and statutory provisions Participation in the continuous development of the system and associated interfaces as well as monitoring and control of the interfaces, cooperation / exchange with the company MGM in Grünstadt Adaptation, maintenance and monitoring of access permissions according to the requirements of the authorization concept Implementation of accounting procedures (monthly export to Loga) and verification of the data output for completeness, documentation of service hours according to Working time law as well as implementation and safeguarding complete and correct (strain) data management Creation of regular evaluations (e.g. overtime, missing times) for monthly reporting and other requests as well as the creation of job calculations

Complete training in nursing, medical or commercial areas, such as health and nursing:in etc. or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in the creation of service plans using a service plan system Good knowledge of labour law regulations (ideally TVOD/TV doctors) Good knowledge of the application of a service plan system and the willingness to work into the system administration of the PER-RES service plan system Analytical thinking, joy in dealing with people, persuasiveness and a sense of concern for the opposite, as well as a solution-oriented and consistent way of working
