Your location The outpatient care service of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. in Zwönitz has existed since April 1995. To provide individual care and medical care, our care team is in use day and night. In addition, we also support everyday domestic tasks, take care of prevention as well as additional care services with limited everyday competence. The help from man to man is the most important concern of the Johannites. Not only is the human handling of our patients and customers influenced by this, but also the team together.
