Professional and personal leadership and development of employees General responsibility for the proper financial and accounting of the Bischöflichen Foundations and the Bischöflichen Chair and other legal entities Compilation of the annual financial statements incl. report for the Bischöflichen Chair of Regensburg as well as for the Bischöfliche Foundations and for other legal entities Management and representation of the department in the internal and external relationship at work level Central respondent for all tax matters internally and externally (tax consulting company, financial authorities) Leadership and cooperation in multi-disciplinary or interdepartmental working groups Development of sound analyses, evaluations and basis of decision-making for the department or Head of Division Creation of medium-term results and financial planning and presentation in supervisory bodies for approval Management and further development of the loan and investment controlling Securities management (monitoring of maturity and development of the special fund, selection of securities and submission to the purchase decision by the management)

Successfully completed university studies, preferably business management, finance, accounting or financial management, or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience (e.g. balance sheet holder) Multiannual relevant professional experience in financial and accounting, in particular in the preparation of annual accounts and in the financial and financial planning; Experience in the public sector is advantageous Knowledge of current accounting according to trade and tax law as well as turnover tax law as well as the external economy Experience in the professional and human leadership and in the development and motivation of employees Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking and a high number affinity Conceptual skills combined with a structured, targeted and solution-oriented approach Secure appearance as well as pronounced communication and consulting skills in dealing with employees, executives, bodies and external partners Team orientation, leadership skills and motivation of employees Safe handling of the MS Office package, SAP knowledge of advantage
