Technical management & organization Professional leadership and coordination of the MRP (2 persons) Control and optimization of all transport orders in and out Close coordination with production, slot and weekly planning Waste law & compliance Responsibility for the legally compliant handling of all transports Implementation and supervision of notifications (Ausland) Ensure EFBV-compliant operation and documentation of all flows of substances Maintenance and traceability of waste management documents Operational Disposition & Documentation Coordination of deliveries and collections Creation, provision and control of all necessary transport and accompanying documents Creation of input and output lists Reporting & Customer Communication Creation of reports for customers and internal bodies Answering customer requests for shipment and processing Account Control and Release in the SAP System Your role: As a management disposition, you take over the professional management of the disposition and are central interface between production, customers, disposers, transport service providers and authorities. You ensure a legally secure, efficient and predictable flow of material in the national and international environment.

Qualification Completed commercial training (e.g. forwarding, industry, logistics) Multiannual professional experience in waste or recycling Very good knowledge of waste law, in particular notifications and evidence Personal competencies Impressed sense of responsibility and security Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and team capacity Loadability and sovereignty in operationally demanding situations Individual initiative, reliability and enforcement Other Ready to continue training in waste and environmental law
