You take over the advice of end customers/operators in all technical requests You are responsible for the production, testing (technical and commercial) and transmission of offers and orders for products, assemblies, parts in the service for the global customer groups They process customer orders and, if necessary, service operations The technical support of associated subsidiaries is also part of your task (consultation) They process global complaints and disturbances including inventory, introduction of measures, tracking and correspondence They secure the complaint process globally and are responsible for the processing of warranty, cunning and exchange cases with the aim of fulfilling customer satisfaction

You have a technician or master with a corresponding level of experience, a study of electrical engineering or mechatronics or a comparable qualification You have experience in energy technology Service experience in the context of capital goods is desirable You have negotiated English skills Further language skills are desirable Organizational talent and process and system understanding complete your profile
