Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for coordinating and controlling our recruiting. They inspire interested parties on various internal and external recruiting events. When searching for suitable candidate profiles, you define appropriate channels and implement appropriate measures to fill the places to be supervised. In addition, keep an eye on new trends and actively participate in the further development of our recruiting processes. Our locations and executives are advised and accompanied by you. They accompany our new talents over the entire Candidate Journey and beyond. You have fun on other staff topics and would like to support in the area of personnel development.
