Quotation Processing Clerk Global Service (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the creation and tracking of services, repairs and spare parts You enter orders in SAP and create documents such as shipping documents and invoices You ensure customer communication (by phone and email) You work closely with internal interfaces, such as order management and logistics You support internal optimization projects in the field

You have completed commercial vocational training or have comparable skills and knowledge acquired in practice You have gained first professional experience in the commercial, customer-oriented sector in the industrial environment You are service-oriented, are happy to work in the team and convince by a structured and analytical way and have a good communication talent Flowing English in word and writing is indispensable in an international environment, further foreign languages are advantageous
