Job description: On behalf of our renowned customer from Görlitz we are looking for a maintenance manager (m/w/d)

The tasks include:

• Maintenance department management
• Coordination of projects
• Elimination of occupational disorders
• Control of maintenance or Repair of all electrical systems
• Documentation of processes
• Planning of reconstruction activities
• Collection of offers at ext. Suppliers
• Team management of employees including service plan creation

Requirements for the job:

• completed training in the electrical field with master or technician degree or comparable degree
• multi-year leadership experience
• relevant professional experience as an electrician
• SAP knowledge of advantage
• strong leadership qualities
• high communication and team skills and self-organization
• German at least on level C1 in word and font
• driving licence class B and car to reach the workplace
