You conduct our internal cleaning team (13 employees) responsibly and continue to develop it. You are responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of the entire building envelope (double sealing, facades, doors, gates, etc.) as well as all internal space envelopes (covers, ceilings, walls, tea kitchens with appliances, etc.). You ensure washing room hygiene and coordinate the necessary measures to maintain high hygiene standards. You control external specialist firms in the field of building cleaning, building envelopes, indoor envelopes and washing room hygiene effectively and reliably. You monitor and examine the material and spare parts, obtain necessary articles and thereby contribute to economic resource management. You maintain office furniture management.

You have a successfully completed training as a construction technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You have proven professional experience in building management and ideally experience in the management of employees. You bring communicative skills and performance in cooperation with external partners and specialist firms. You are versed in handling MS Office and other standard applications of office communication. You show willingness to work at edge times to support the cleaning team and to be contact persons (m/w/d) if necessary. You are characterized by high organizational capacity and self-responsibility.
