What awaits you:

• As a service engineer (Senior Expert) for our Business Services LifeCycle & Security Services, you take the E2E responsibility for the Business Services Fortinet & SASE.
• You are Owner of the respective Managed Service concept and, in this role, ensure the up-to-date and completeness of the document, which gives all the units involved in the service a thorough overview of the technical implementation and the processes surrounding the managed service.
• You analyze and evaluate national and international customer requirements from projects for readability, effort, feasibility for Fortinet Security and secure the requirements from the perspective of business support.
• As part of the problem management, you develop standards and requirements for the continuous improvement of service management as a basis for new and modified business and wholesale services.
• You will regularly and independently formulate proposals for concrete measures for improvement and service quality and bring them into effect.
• You work on the set-up and the continuous development of Security Service Monitoring with OSS/BSS Engineering and engage in the standard Incident Management process.

What distinguishes you:

• Complete technical studies such as news technology, electrical engineering, computer science combined with multiannual professional experience (>5 years)
• Multiannual technical and certified expertise in Fortinet and SASE in various fields of IT and telecommunications
• Experiences in control of ext. resources (e.g. manufacturers, partners etc.)
• Open, clear communication (verbal, non-verbal), ability to communicate appropriately at/with all management levels (internal and external)

• Persistent, reasonable expression

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
